Job responsibilities
- Working directly with multiple stakeholders across the region to maintain the application inventory throughout the lifecycle of the applications, i.e. from creation/procurement to retirement
- Develop, maintain and document processes and controls for managing and tracking the full application lifecycle, from creation/procurement to retirement, and assist the updating policies, standards and procedures that impact the effective management of the Application Inventory
- Auditing, validating and reconciling the application inventory against business inventories to ensure application inventory remains current and accurate
- Improves current application inventory processes and systems by reviewing current practices; designing modifications, recommending controls, identifying problems and writing improved procedures
- Prioritise and deliver timely, high quality risk based reporting on the application inventory processes which is based on a solid data and has an evidence based foundation
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, maintaining clear, concise information exchange and alignment on project objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in applied architecture principles and the ability to understand the alignment of technology with business strategy
- Baseline Knowledge or equivalent expertise in project management
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Familiarity with technical solution concepts and supporting technical solution implementation
- Baseline knowledge in data visualization and analytics, including with extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and using data-informed decision-making to support key business initiatives
- Strong technical writing skills, translating complex information clearly for stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in the following: Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Thinks creatively and delivers solutions through continuous improvement
