• Primarily in the planning, coordination and management of resources (people, process, etc).
• Responsibility for the achievement of process deliverables.
• Enforcing efficiency and continuous improvement of business processes.• Responsible for the allocation of employee resources.
• Ensures resources of suitable skills and caliber are available for tasks and activities as required.
• Facilitates the education, planning, skills' enhancement, costing etc. associated with resources.
• Supporting the operating business.
• Set up processes how to capture knowledge and share/reuse it.• Support of Internal Projects / Activities in areas like Communications: Newsletters, Email updates, SAP NS2 Corporate Portal Program Analytic and/or administrative support.
• Analytics/Reporting/Metrics
• NS2 & SAP CRM, Webi & SAC Maintenance
• Forecasting
• Pipeline Cleansing & Hygiene
• Internal Systems Management
• Provisioning, Master Data
• Distribution List Quality Assurance for Key DLs
• CRM & Analytics System Enhancements Enablement
• Enablement
• Sales Enablement, Training & Documentation
• Special Projects/Project Management
• Change Management within Sales Process ChangesEducation Requirements:
• Must be working towards obtaining a degree or a recent graduate
