Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Implement test strategies including offer set-up, coordinate campaign schedules with execution teams, maintain audits as applicable, and apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.

  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that enhance partner growth strategies.

  • Actively monitor test results providing recommendations and enhancements.

  • Identify and manage any issues to resolution.

  • Manage monthly budget reconciliation as needed, and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.

  • Manage internal legal, compliance and partner creative review and approvals for spend campaigns.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.

  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify and drive growth, while solving for capacity and expense constraints.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.

  • Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s/Universitydegree, Master’s degree preferred.
