As a Senior Product Manager at PayPal, you’ll join the Global Markets AI Servicing team responsible for designing and scaling AI-powered experiences across Consumer & Merchant Services and Sales. This role requires strong product thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a bias for execution. If you thrive in complexity, move with urgency, and lead with purpose, this is for you.

You’ll lead key initiatives that shape the future of service and sales delivery. As a product leader, you’ll define strategy, execute roadmaps, and deliver AI-powered capabilities that unlock efficiency and improve experience. You’ll combine product craft, technical fluency, and business acumen to lead initiatives that grow revenue, reduce friction, drive automation, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Your day-to-day
  • Drive product strategy and execution across Sales, Consumer, or Merchant Servicing

  • Translate customer and teammate friction into scalable solutions

  • Author clear PRDs with measurable success criteria, rooted in real customer needs

  • Partner across design, engineering, and analytics to ship and iterate

  • Lead cross-functional reviews, influence decision-making, and manage interdependencies

  • Operate with urgency and an MVP mindset, bias to validate and launch quickly

  • Track outcomes across key business metrics

  • Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to executives and cross-functional teams

What you need to bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • Strong product instincts rooted in discovery, prioritization, and measurable impact

  • Experience with AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLU, agents) or platform product management

  • Ability to operate independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment

  • Track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that scale

  • Comfort toggling between strategic framing and tactical execution

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including with executives

  • A team-firstmindset—collaborative,coachable, and customer-obsessed

The US national annual pay range for this role is $176,500 to $262,350
