Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM.com Web Analyst you will analyze website data, extract insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the web experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor, measure, and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic patterns, user interactions, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to enhance website effectiveness and user experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in web analytics and digital marketing.
This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics (formerly Adobe SiteCatalyst) and other web analytics tools like Google Analytics, heat maps and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) and channel attribution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Adobe Analytics certification or equivalent.
- Experience with other Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, AEP, Journey Optimizer)
- Knowledge of audience targeting data sets like 6Sense, Demandbase, Bombora et al.
- Experience working in B2B, e-commerce and/or lead-generating businesses
