As an Application Developer, you will support our Innovation Studio team by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. You will play an important role in our success by transforming vital business needs into code and driving innovation. Your work will support IBM and our clients globally, collaborating and integrating code into enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

• Collaborating with our developers, architects, and industry experts to shape the creation of inspiring showcases that deliver tangible impact for our customers
• Developing showcase applications (cloud-native, mobile, etc) for showcases, demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept for client use cases
• Implementing fun and interactive, yet reliable, performant, and secure solutions by applying agile methods

Minimum salary starts at 1.700 EUR/month depending on previous experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to and understanding of modern application development methods and frameworks or exposure to full stack development, preferably Node.js, TypeScript, Python
• Understanding of generative and traditional artificial intelligence concepts or Infrastructure aaS and Platform aaS principles, including common deployment and architectural patterns, both on-prem and in the cloud
• Solid analytical, decision making, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to demonstrate creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
• Exposure to software architecture design and data and systems integration
• Experience demonstrating AI solutions through the creation of hands-on prototypes

• Exposure to working in an agile environment
