IBM Junior Accounting Analyst

As an accounting analyst at IBM you’ll be a key player in all aspects of strategic payments planning. You will make significant contributions to high-profile operational initiatives as the business continues to grow globally.Your main responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure all financial transaction in the general ledger are correct and auditable
• Execute payment runs
• Be part of the billing process
• Act as advisor to sales and operational units on accounting, financial and legal requirements
• Support units with reports and analysis to facilitate planning

Minimum salary starts at 1.500 EUR per Month, based on the candidate’s experience and skills.

What do you need for success

• University education (Bachelor’s degree) – preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant working experience
• Experience in billing or payment runs, and/or other general ledger closing activities (preferred)
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Quick learner
• MS Excel user (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP)
• Problem solving, logical thinking, analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Team player, willing to learn new things

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2-3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
