Help support program solutions for new and existing employees as they navigate careers. You will help strategize, design, build, and implement extensive knowledge management capabilities using standard methodologies, tools and processes specifically for an environment of rapid change.

As a Business Enablement Process Manager within the Middle Office, you will be central to the mission of creating cohesiveness between training and quality that has a measurable impact for the employee and client experience. You will be responsible for ensuring employee proficiency including but not limited to: New hire training and onboarding, ongoing learning and development, driving manager effectiveness and KPI driven measurement and evaluation

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of business enablement projects in the Talent & Skills space, with strong awareness of business priorities and client impact
  • Aid in designing a certification approach to enhance the development and skill building of the organization
  • Assist in the workforce planning and development of programs to support the growth of skills and increase talent mobility across the organization.
  • Increase employee productivity by identifying key learning opportunities based off feedback, KPIs and other key metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset, where the skill progression is top of mind for the organization.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the cross functional teams on key learning programs and how to improve the collective employee experience.
  • Support the data gathering, materials preparation, facilitation and follow-up action planning for identified talent priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders across the organization based off key priorities.

Required Qualification, Capabilities and Skills

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in the HR, learning, and quality/knowledge management field,
  • Executive presence and ability to influence across organizational levels and lines of business
  • Team-oriented, actively participating to foster a positive work environment with peers
  • Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights
  • Comfort with matrix management structure and being a self-starter who is results-oriented and able to execute using existing resources and tools
  • Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects remaining focused on attention to detail
  • Experience in a learning academy structure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends

Some travel required (20%) to visit clients and internal partners.
