Salesforce Implementation and Support:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet agency requirements, including workflows, process builders, and reports/dashboards.
  • Support the implementation of Salesforce GovCloud Plus, ensuring alignment with federal compliance and security standards.
  • Assist in development of requirements definition, user story documentation, configuration & testing activities, ensuring application integrity that meets clients acceptance criteria.

Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, leveraging standard and custom functionalities.
  • Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.

Certifications:

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Preferred technical and professional experience

Certifications:

    • 3 other Salesforce Certifications (Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred).
    • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)

Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce features, including Lightning Experience, Reports/Dashboards, and Automation Tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of federal compliance and security standards.
