Salesforce Implementation and Support:
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet agency requirements, including workflows, process builders, and reports/dashboards.
- Support the implementation of Salesforce GovCloud Plus, ensuring alignment with federal compliance and security standards.
- Assist in development of requirements definition, user story documentation, configuration & testing activities, ensuring application integrity that meets clients acceptance criteria.
Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, leveraging standard and custom functionalities.
- Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Certifications:
- 3 other Salesforce Certifications (Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce features, including Lightning Experience, Reports/Dashboards, and Automation Tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of federal compliance and security standards.
