About The Role:

• Minimum of 3+ years in email marketing, ideally in a B2C environment.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager, Twilio, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Autopilot, Braze, Iterable, Drip, etc.
• Familiarity with SMS and PUSH marketing trends, benchmarks, and relevant regulations.
• Solid experience in executing marketing campaign programs using browser-based email and messaging applications, with a focus on dynamic content/personalization to optimize performance.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular and ReactJS, along with a basic understanding of database structures.
• Strong understanding of global anti-spam trends and legislation, along with working knowledge of omnichannel platforms such as ACS, AJO, or Adobe Analytics.

About You:

• Responsible for hands-on production of end customer messages (SMS/PULL/PUSH) for regions including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan, and Latin America.
• Code CSS and HTML, using interfaces like Adobe Campaign Standard, Twilio, and Braze to develop or modify templates with dynamic content and rules.
• Define recipient segments, suppression lists, automated importing rules, and conduct data hygiene.
• Work closely with other teams to identify SMS and email-related guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Develop A/B and multivariate tests, report outcomes, and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Understand marketing campaign strategy and terms, monitor campaign performance, and data quality, help in outbound and inbound marketing activities, evaluate key performance metrics, and liaise with creative teams for business approval.
