About the Role
In this role, you will:
Manage creation and segmentation of essential marketing emails and notices to current customers
Assist in internal and external outreach for customer stories, inclusive of case studies, testimonials and quotes.
Partner with Go-to-Customer teams to generate new advocates.
Organize report results of advocacy insights and results.
Act as an evangelist for the customer, and advocate for a customer-first mindset
The skills you’ll bring include:
B2B marketing experience with an email marketing tool, like Marketo
Highly customer focused and oriented
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing
Ability to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
High degree of emotional intelligence, able to empathize with customers and nurture relationships with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
