Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be well versed and have sound hands on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud
• Create various email lists, Data Extensions and campaigns in SFMC
• Create and design various CTAs and email templates in SFMC and run email campaigns
• Create email journeys, email automations in SFMC
• Determine email marketing KPIs
• Share and discuss the report performance with the Campaign performance analyst
• Suggest methods for improvements of email performance and templates
• Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
• Assist in documenting technical solutions for new projects and integrations
• Support existing integrations between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce & 3rd party APIs, develop new interfaces as needed
• Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues

Other Skillsets:

• Knowledge of SFMC is a must
• 3-8 Years of experience in requirement gathering and email journey development
• Proven experience in SFMC
• Understanding of Email campaign development life cycle
• Target audience segmentation
• Litmus email test experience
• Should have hands on experience on Ampscript, HTML, JavaScript, API integration
