Job responsibilities
- Manage product market release planning, execution, & testing / validation
- Conduct ongoing inspection / validation of client journey design & value intent
- Validate end-to-end of client solutions across product domains
- Conduct final validation in pre-production & post-production environments
- Partner with teams (product, design, technology, compliance, ops, sales...) to manage controls, readiness, and go-to-market plans
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Strong experience in acquiring / merchant services payment understanding
- Experience with domain model, understands business process flow, client experience and use cases
- Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
- Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proficient knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft suite to include PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Excel
