Responsible for overseeing and managing the digital projects, ensuring they are completed on-time-in-full, whileto bring resolution to meet project goals.

Project Planning & Management &:

  • Works closely with Business Stakeholders to understand plans and demands.

  • Understand project scope and deliverables in collaboration with the business stakeholders.

  • Assesses demand vs.capacityto ensureoptimalutilizationof resources.

  • Monitor & track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.

  • Works with all stakeholders for any process improvements whererequired.

  • Actively work with business stakeholders to groom requests depending on pillar services requirements.

  • Ensures clear line of visibility on request grooming progress.

  • Ensures healthy backlog tooptimizeresources available.

  • Escalation & Resolution point for any issues or delays experienced in both planning and project execution.

  • Oversight the implementation & development of the project, in collaboration with project teams.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve askeypoint of contact for project stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Skills Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology,Marketingor a related field.

  • Project Management, Scrum-certified orotherrelevant certificate

  • in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Knowledge & experience in Workfront, Jira isadvantageous

Experience:

  • 6-9 years relevant working experience as Project Manager inbusiness or digital marketingenvironment.

  • Digital Marketing experience.

  • Experience in managing end to end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.

  • Experience inAgile,Scrum methodologies isadvantageous.
