We are currently looking for a Scheduler and Planner. The Scheduler and Planner shall translate projects into a sequential work schedule:
- Conduct Interactive Planning Session.
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion deadlines.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Engineering Deliverables with milestone dates
- Prepare and update schedule and S curves.
- Confers with supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Prepare Procurement and Construction milestone monitoring schedule.
- Prepare Manpower Histogram and update actual and forecast manpower.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Highlight Critical Path and highlight areas of concerns to Project Management.
- Prepares Progress and Productivity status reports.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Scheduling Manager.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Planning and scheduling position.
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines and other related field.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to use Primavera software version 6.1 or above.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.
- Willingness to be assigned onsite on project basis.
