Guided by our Pan-European strategy, you will rigorously analyze your product group to set annual budgets and forecasts. From there, you will be a motivating partner to your country stakeholders (sales, brand activation, channel marketing and marcom teams) tasked with performing your plans, using your data-driven insights to adapt strategies for the local market.
You will:
- Look after the development of company market requirements for specific products, product lines or services, including product/service strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Build a business plan (quantity, value, pricing) in a strong alignment with planning activities, supervise their development, assess market penetration, and product/service positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share.
- Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product/service marketing plans.
- Discuss with clients to provide marketing or technical advice. Supervise and analyze sales promotion results to settle cost efficiency of promotion campaigns.
- Read trade journals and professional literature to stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes that affect media planning.
- Formulate plans to extend business with established accounts and to transact business as agent for advertising accounts.
- Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products and services to field staff and customers.
- Lead, empower, and supervise the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.
- Plan and implement advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
- Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each activity based on program objectives and industry norms.
You will bring:
- University education or equivalent experience in Business and Marketing field
- Consolidated experience in Product Marketing role.
- Proven experience andproduct/business/commercialanalysis expertise
- Strong ability in data-analysis, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel use.
- Commercially-minded, preferably with a sales awareness.
- A motivating leader and natural great teammate.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly professional.
- Ideally familiar with Consumer Electronic marketing
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
