As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our organization. Your role is essential in creating a positive first impression for employees and visitors. You will manage the front desk area, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth office experience.
In this role, you will…
- Greet visitors, ensure visitors are checked in with proper identification, visitor badges, and have signed NDAs and are taken care of in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls, connecting callers to appropriate individual.
- Administer access control in security system & maintain control of temporary security access cards.
- Administer EV Chargers program and access requests.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean organized manner & identify and suggest ways to drive improvements or find creative solutions for inefficiencies in Reception area.
- Provide conference rooms calendar support as needed.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals, including adhering to project and training deadlines.
- Adapt to changing departmental or job responsibilities as processes are developed or expanded. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with office supply orders and inventory management.
- Assigned service requests to appropriate personnel, defer requests that are not routine or costly to manager for review.
- Assist with facilities onboarding/offboarding process for employees including new hire desk set-up and swag distribution.
- Assist with managing janitorial services and cleaning requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with HR and other departments to align on events or special visitors.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in direct related experience
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment with equal comfort and delivery of effective results.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities.
- Experience in C-Cure, SAP, First-Aid, CPR training a plus.
- Hours will be Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5:00 pm (occasional after hours support for special events as needed)
Primary Location Base Salary Range: $31.20 per hour to $37.49 per hour USD
