· The project manager leads teams of business consultants, analysts, IT architects and specialists and other professionals working on system integration projects or programs of various complexity
· The project manager is accountable along with executive project sponsors for the success of these efforts· The project manager performs an array of project-related activities, which include primarily:
– Winning the project – managing the bid preparation and supporting sales closure
– Starting the project – contracting, staffing, planning and engaging project resourcesRequired Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• SAP implementation experience
• Proven capability to manage systems implementation and integration projects combining business consulting, technology, application software and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of technology, processes, integrations, etc.
• Overall understanding of SAP modules and business processes
• Knowledge and skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving and leadership
• Relationship management skills with project teams, customers, and suppliers
• Technology, industry and business expertise, expertise in project management methods
• Sound business judgment
• Capability to make efficient decisions on limited available information and high frustration tolerance
• Fluent Czech or Slovak languages
• Fluent English language
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
