HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of the team, you will:

  • Identify, source, and qualify potential customers through research and networking
  • Negotiate and close deals with the support of the General Manager
  • Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
  • Write sales proposals tailored to meet customer needs
  • Schedule meetings with prospective customers and utilize consultative selling techniques
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, growing customer accounts into multiple sites
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads
  • Maintain CRM database and documentation, providing accurate sales forecasts
  • Conduct research on the supply chain and logistics industry to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and leadership to ensure customer feedback is incorporated
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience in a warehouse, supply chain, or similar industry
  • 4+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, business development, or enterprise sales with proven results
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering compelling presentations and crafting personalized and persuasive emails
  • Willingness to travel for events and client visits
