Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and tools, or Applied ML (e.g., Large Language Model, Generative AI, NLP, Recommendations).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 7 years of experience working in Applied Machine Learning team managing business metrics on user-facing products.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of safety, abuse-fighting or integrity.
