What You’ll Do:

The ASP Services Controllerrole is pivotal in providing financial leadership and supporting the growth and profitability of the Americas Service Provider Services organization, a $1B+ business. The role will build on a broad range of finance skills, including analysis, business partnering, forecasting, goal setting, business strategy development, and compliance.

  • Report on financial performance, growth trends, potential risks, and opportunities to help business partners understand and drive informed business decisions.
  • Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cycles for ASP Services
  • Provide comprehensive financial packages for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Pipeline Reviews, and Account Reviews.
  • Generate the annual/semi-annual compensation and goaling plan elements for services sellers, supporting Sales Operations with goaling activities.
  • Learn new software and services metrics or initiatives and help drive adoption and understanding with business partners.

Who You'll Work With:

You will be a member of the ASP FP&A team overseeing the consolidation and reporting for the Theater’s services portfolio. You will be the finance business partner to the ASP Services Senior Director, helping to align financial plans with business strategies. You will collaborate with your peers across the Americas’ Sales Finance, Renewals, and Operational organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in corporate finance
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in the technology or services industry, understanding Cisco products and services is desirable
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, emphasizing Essbase, FINBI, and Salesforce (SFDC) is desirable
