What you´ll do
- Join a multidisciplinary product team, contributing to the development of the end-to-end User Experience, and ensuring seamless User Flows, continued innovation, and a consistent, cohesive User Experience across our product-suite.
- Team up with the Product Owners, Designers and Tech Leads from our product teams to identify, define, align, and implement User Experiences and UX patterns that help us shape and improve our coherent product.
- Be an evangelist and advocate of product standards and design best practices while helping us to adopt, improve and contribute to the evolution of our product.
- Ability to drive and align the team around the user experience strategy, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach across our integrated suite of business process products.
- Maintain a curious mindset, embracing creativity, innovation, and change, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.
Would be great if you have
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in User Experience or Interaction Design.
- The ability to rapidly understand complex IT systems and technical requirements, utilizing domain expertise to create clear, user-centered designs.
- Experience in Enterprise Software as well as data and process mining, Analytics, and or business process modelling would be a plus.
- Evident skills around User Experience methods, skills, and frameworks like creating Prototypes, forming Information Architecture, and creating UX and UI specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of methodology to perform User Experience Research like creating User Journeys, Scenarios, Personas, and Storyboards, as well as validating your concepts.
- An understanding of design systems and their technical frameworks (SAP Design System and React Framework)
- Dedication to being a good team player with the ability to engage, motivate and give feedback to others.
