Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring clear and ongoing communication.Manage various systems for seamless campaign execution, tracking, and optimization.Surface data-driven insights, employing an iterative testing approach to refine campaigns, content, and segmentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.
2-3 years of experience in an agency setting, working directly with clients on multi-channel marketing strategies.
Proven experience in characterization, developing and presenting marketing strategies across email, SMS, mobile and more
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
Proficient in Excel; basic understanding of HTML and Photoshop is a plus.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of brief and content creation processes is a plus.
