As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels and types. Working closely with cross-functional teams, especially Field Marketing and Events, you will ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including email building, segmentation, list processing, landing page creation, Salesforce and Marketo campaign creation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, setting up campaigns, tracking performance, optimizing as needed, and answering any questions that arise.
- Set up campaign workflows, schedules, and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on marketing assets and Marketo program templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Recommend optimizations and changes to documentation, marketing processes, best practices, and trainings.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You have 1-2 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles.
- You’re experienced with marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, or Marketo) and Salesforce.
- You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams.
