Required Qualification:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information System Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role. Alternatively, will accept Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information System Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role.

Must have: Five (5) years of experience with the following: web application development experience; developing database-backed applications; Oracle or equivalent enterprise class database; model view controller applications; Spring and REST; Linux or Unix operating systems; internet protocols and concepts such as IP, TCP, SSL, TLS, HTTP, and DNS; Hibernate; Junit; XML; SQL; scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripts; and secure software design and architecture.
