Key Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Creating and tracking purchase orders until they are delivered
• Monitoring of manual and digital purchase orders
• Understand Customer Needs

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3- 5 years of experience with Logistics Export Processes or Order Management
• Customer Experience
• Demonstrable experience of structured analysis, process modelling and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency
• SAP, ORACLE, knowledge.
