Providing Technical support to Channel partners and Customer
Should be able to handle critical issues effectively & timely.
Communicate with Development Team for product-related issues.
Provide on-site and off-site assistance to system integrator for system commissioning and deployment.
Open to travel as & when requi. (May not be frequent)
Should have capability to conduct training for internal sales Team as well as Channel partners.
Performing Beta tests & functionality tests of new products
Support in Preparing the documentation for new products.
Should be able to troubleshoot product issues & drive till closure.
Work with back end & engineering team for product related support and issues.
Should be able to communicate in English & Hindi
Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical support (L1 or L2), installation and commissioning of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Fire detection systems, IOT products.
Must understand basic networking and configuration of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Cloud-based applications.
CCNA / SQL Certification is a plus.
Decisive and action-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
