Key job responsibilities
You will be in charge of the complete software development life-cycle; defining, prioritizing, designing, building, and testing new features

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – with a strong foundation in distributed systems, software engineering, and architecture.Proven experience managing software development teams – including at least 3 years leading engineering teams in a distributed or remote setting.Extensive experience in system design and architecture – with a deep understanding of designing, building, and scaling distributed systems.Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategyProven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent – with experience in performance management, career development, and coaching engineers at various levels.

Experience with cloud platforms and distributed infrastructure – with a strong grasp of microservices, event-driven architectures, and fault-tolerant systems.
