Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in sales, customer support, marketing, analysis, or consulting.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Ads or other marketing platforms.
Ability to treat everyone with respect and seek to understand different perspectives, especially in times of disagreement.
Ability to deliver high-quality work aligned to team and/or company goals in a timely and efficient manner, and take responsibility for your work successes and failures.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects/tasks/analysis under pressure with care and show dedication to client services.

Proficiency with spreadsheets or Google Sheets for data analysis.
