A day in the life- Present to the CEO of a major government agency to understand their digital transformation priorities and pain points
- Drive a deal review with AWS sales leadership to align on pursuit strategy and secure necessary approvals and resources
- 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Experience creating and implementing long-term transformational account strategies in a customer-facing role or equivalent
- Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent
- Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- 9+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of leading high value technology deals as the main point of contact
- The ideal candidate will have a background in large deal modelling, strategic pursuits, consulting or business development, as well as a strong understanding of cloud adoption trends and challenges in the Japanese public sector. You will need to think big and strategically about the customer's mission, then build and convey compelling value propositions.
