Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

This position will in addition require to create/process Change Records, engage BlackBox/Cisco or other external vendors as required in support of the project
deliverables to provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. The role may require working directly with a Technology Delivery lead if the project is technology focused or independently if the project is process driven. In such cases, this position must be able to identify the key resources required for the project and ensures that their deliverables are completed to meet the
timeline requirements.


Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years prior project management experience

  • 3–5 years experience with ITSM/Remedy

  • Working familiarity with JIRA and Agile View

  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.

  • Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed.

  • Strong risk and governance mindset

  • Process design, remediation, and improvement skills

  • Project Management skills and disciplines

  • Strong relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.

  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills in a cross-functional team.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively.

  • Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines.

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive –especially under pressure

  • Ability to navigate enterprise, research, and resource information across the bank.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts in project manager role.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a network or systems engineer delivering infrastructure services such as DNS, Load Balancing, Data Connectivity, Firewall, etc.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified

  • Visio and process mapping

  • Working familiarity with PPRT for program and project management

  • Working familiarity with PCM for initiative financial management

  • Working experience with ServiceNow
