In this role, you will assist in the execution on all tasks and processes within contingent labor program and across a variety of key initiatives. You will support the monitoring and evaluation of staffing suppliers to ensure they meet PNC’s standards and objectives. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate and communicate with LOB partners, external suppliers, and related departments within PNC to ensure a successful and streamlined process for onboarding and offboarding contingent workers.
Job Description- Leads and executes all activities in the staff augmentation life cycle and engagement process for a single business line of business or discipline for staffing needs of moderate complexity (Domestic and International). Activities include intake sessions, supplier coordination, shortlisting candidates, setting up interviews, making offers, etc.
- Captures and complies all standard contractor staff augmentation data dets in all phases of the engagement process. (Supplier coordination, assessing, presenting, setting interviews, making offers, etc.) Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process.
- Provides consultation to internal business partners and third party suppliers on the engagement process. Build relationships and consults with engagement managers to understand talent needs aligned with the goals and direction of the organization.
- Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines using CRM and related tools.
- Participates and co-lead ad-hoc contingent labor projects such as, but not limited to, reporting, presentation development, vendor forums, vendor audits and scorecards.
- Communicates with contingent labor staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Reviews, understands, enforces contingent labor contractual agreements between PNC and third party suppliers.
