In meeting this objective, the BLQA Analyst will be responsible for performing the following key activities for a portfolio of controls, which include:
Leading control walkthroughs with control owners & key stakeholders
Designing test scripts & test steps
Selecting populations/samples for testing
Requesting and collecting testing evidence and support
Control testing
Coordinating reviews of testing workpapers with BLQA management
Drafting testing results memos to impacted stakeholders
Maintaining BLQA testing job aids
Identifying and executing process improvements in the BLQA function
In the execution of these responsibilities the BLQA Analyst will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with and influence others and be detailed, curious and diligent in the execution of testing.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, more than three years of applicable experience
Knowledge and experience related to personal trust and broker dealer operations, systems, and associated risks and controls.
Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
Applicable professional certifications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
