- Experience in managing and overseeing logging and tracking status of actions and responsibility of leading the teams reporting efforts.

- Experience in budget, vendor management and/ or operations.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application in different contexts.
- Sound judgment and ability to manage ambiguity, conflicting priorities, and the political aspects of change.
- Smart presentation and writing skills.
- Has a global mindset and understands communicating across different cultures, languages, and time zones.
- Demonstrates self-awareness and is result-oriented. Proactive, forward looking, and unafraid to take initiative or ask questions.
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.
- Able to work in a high pace, fluid environment and be agile and comfortable with tight deadlines.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 6+ years of project management.
- Marketing experience (on agency side highly desirable)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Able to work effectively with co-located, global teams.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Agency management experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), certification in Change Management or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
- Experience in global professional services.
- Experience in budget, vendor management and/or operations.
