Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Understand user needs and translate them into effective chatbot functionalities
• Integrate chatbots with various platforms and APIs
• Train and fine-tune chatbots for optimal performance
• Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in chatbot technology
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to chatbots
• Document development processes and best practices
• Develop and implement custom Microsoft 365 solutions in Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi dashboards
• You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital solutions that will bring our digital vision and strategy to life.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Chatbot development tools and platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio a plus)
• Experience working with Azure Bot Framework
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development practices as part of the solution development toolkit.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation and create technical documentation
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: C#, Python, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Vba
• Solid understanding of relational databases such as: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of other programming languages/technology from Microsoft Tech Stack
• Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technology and business discussions to uncover the value of tech-enabled solutions.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Microsoft Certifications relevant to the role.
• Experience with relational databases
• Solid understanding of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols
