We’re looking for

1. Develop and maintain risk management policies, guidelines, standards, and processes in B2B payment industry
2. Analyze risks associated with different decisions and propose the best course of action
3. Perform data mining, modelling and analysis to properly document and report on risk factors
4. Forecast, track, and measure key business metrics
5. Develop risk models to demonstrate and track findings
6. Research, gather, and review data relevant to ongoing or proposed projects
7. Conduct scenario analyses to inform business strategy
8. Improve processes and/or streamline workflows
9. Identify and communicate risk metrics to decision-makers and make advice to management team to balance and business values

What’s the job?

1. 8years of experience in risk-related field and 3+ years of experience in risk policy management Entrepreneurial spirit you will need to think and function like an entrepreneur within your company with a go-getter attitude
2. Analytical mind and a good hold in mathematics
3. Knowledge of data analysis
4. Strategic mindset for mitigating risk
5. Coordination skills to understand the requirements of different departments with regard to risk
6. Highly ethical
7. Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and possess good verbal and written communication skills
8. Certifications of ARM, CFA, FRM, PRM is a plus
9. Industry experience in fintech, cross-border trade is preferred
10. Master’s degree in engineering, Science and Mathematics is preferred
