Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

The Distributor Claims Process Specialist is responsible for managing and processing distributor claims efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and process distributor claims in a timely manner.

• Expected to gain in depth knowledge of QTIL product roadmap through pricing program analysis and customer device features research and verification.

• Ensure all claims are documented accurately and maintain records for audit purposes.

• Liaise with distributors, Sales, IT, Pricing, and Legal team to resolve claim-related issues.

• Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Generate and analyze reports on claim trends, providing insights to management.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Provide exceptional support to distributors, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.

• Knowledge in concepts associated with accounting principles and financial policies with the ability to apply them appropriately.

• Ability to multi-task across multiple stakeholders and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to learn/understand standards & processes quickly and adhere to them accurately.

• Strong MS Excel skills, Data analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented, ability to process information.

• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.

• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.

• Self-motivated, team player, able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities and take the initiative on solving issues as they arise.

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts receivables/Sales Incentives/Distributor claims
