JOB DESCRIPTION

Key requirements:

  • Pre-Order Entry: Gather and provide timely customerinformation, maintain data, and handle special requests.
  • Order Entry: Efficiently process customer orders, resolveissues, and schedule as needed.
  • Backlog Management: Liaison between departments, facilitateissue resolution, and manage orders effectively.
  • Claims Management: Handle disputes and financial claims,ensuring swift resolution.
  • Transition Support: Assist in transition planning, managedocumentation, and build professional relationships.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Italian(additionally knowledge of French/Spanish language is an advantage).
  • Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / ordermanagement / OtC related experience.
  • Knowledge/experience with SAP or Sales Force would be agreat plus.
  • MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
