Qualifications
- Strong Technical Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.
- Ability to influence at all levels and without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities. Able to visually communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders to take action.
- Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
- Good understanding of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Kanban, Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with large horizontal programs in close partnership with senior leaders.
- Domain expertise in some (or all) of the SBSEG composite Apps is a plus.
