Maintain high quality regulatory engagement with the supervision teams at the PRA and FCA through close proactive interaction, fulfilling regulatory obligations and execution of regulatory engagement activities in a consistent and coordinated manner.
Serve as a central contact point for UK regulators and Citi personnel engaging with them.
Provide support to Citi personnel with execution of regulatory engagement activities through guidance, strategic advice, driving consistent well-coordinated delivery, and execution of controls and processes.
Provide updates to management on regulatory engagement activities, emerging trends, and timely escalation of regulatory concerns.
Engage in the preparation, review and delivery of high quality and timely regulatory responses, including responses related to ongoing supervision and ad hoc queries.
Support execution of U.K. regulatory exams, interactions, and governance of supervisory related findings.
Lead preparation measures for regulatory meetings, including engaging with regulators to establish meeting agendas, production of briefing materials, talking points and preparation sessions with internal stakeholders.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including other Regulatory Management teams for certain activities involving non-UK regulators.

Qualification / Experience / Skills
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a finance, economics, accounting, or a science-based subject.
Experience within a large global universal/institutional bank, or a global financial institution, or a UK financial regulator, accountancy firm, or consultancy working on regulatory matters or topics.
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
Ability to work collaboratively and operate in a global organization.
Ability influence and lead people, including at a senior level.
Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners.
