As a Senior Product Manager in the Editor team at Elementor, you will guide the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our Editor initiatives. You’ll work to improve the user experience by deeply understanding and leveraging the Editor's advanced features and capabilities. In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop innovative, technically sound solutions that align with our business objectives and effectively serve our diverse user base.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and execution of Elementor’s Editor roadmap, aligning with team goals and company vision.
• Drive technical excellence by working closely with engineering teams to develop innovative, scalable, and performant solutions.
• Optimize user experience by deeply understanding the Editor’s interface, workflows, and advanced builder capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to product managers as needed, fostering growth within the team
• Gain a deep understanding of our users’ needs through data analysis, customer interviews, and user research, and translate them into product requirements.
• Prioritize and manage feature backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor product performance and iterate continuously to improve user experience and achieve key business metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• At least 5 years of product management experience at B2C web companies - a must.
• Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements is a must.
• Experience overseeing large, complex projects from planning to delivery.
• Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of WordPress ecosystems and Elementor – a strong advantage
• Proven experience working on builder tools, editor products, or similar complex interfaces – an advantage
