The role will be providing support for the Africa region.

As a Field Support Engineer, you will play a critical role as the first line of support for our cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities will include providing first-level troubleshooting for customer hardware and software issues, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), and effectively managing service requests.

As a
Field Support Engineer, you’ll make an impact on:

  • Responsibility on supporting complex products at customer site. Analysis and troubleshooting skills in systems based multipart technology
  • Customer oriented, good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A Self-starter, multitasking, independent, responsible, able to take initiative.
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose problems, cross-system analytic skills
  • Good inter-personal communication with other team players
  • Presentation skills in-front of customers

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments
  • Availability of support beyond office hours
  • Passport issuance/available
  • The job requires a few international flights a year. Around 30% travels local/Abroad is required.

Your tool box

  • BSc or practical engineering degree in electronics or computer science
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting of complex solutions in Telco / VoIP area - Mandatory
  • Knowledge of English and Polish languages
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in following areas:
  • TDM/VoIP communication debug skills – Mandatory
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills with OS such Linux / Unix / Windows Server – Mandatory
  • Data Communications knowledge based TCP/IP , LAN/WAN – Mandatory
  • Wireshark (or other similar tool) troubleshooting skills - Mandatory
  • SIP, SS7 protocols debug skills – Mandatory
  • ISDN , PRI debugging – Advantage
  • Transmission equipment experience (STM, E1, T1, SDH) – Advantage
  • Satellite (RF, DCME) communication experience – Advantage
  • LTE, UMTS, IMS, GPRS, GSM, CDMA solutions familiarity – Advantage
  • Scripts development skills – Advantage
  • Familiarity with HW area HP Servers/ILO/ Raid – Advantage
