As a Field Support Engineer, you will play a critical role as the first line of support for our cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities will include providing first-level troubleshooting for customer hardware and software issues, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), and effectively managing service requests.

Field Support Engineer, you’ll make an impact on:
- Responsibility on supporting complex products at customer site. Analysis and troubleshooting skills in systems based multipart technology
- Customer oriented, good verbal and written communication skills in English
- A Self-starter, multitasking, independent, responsible, able to take initiative.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems, cross-system analytic skills
- Good inter-personal communication with other team players
- Presentation skills in-front of customers

- The job requires a few international flights a year. Around 30% travels local/Abroad is required.
