Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape digital channels strategy based on market insights.
  • Work closely with business teams and external agencies to deliver optimized digital campaigns aimed at increasing HPV awareness among identified target groups (general public)
  • Deliver educational digital content and omnichannel campaigns (email marketing, website, omnichannel features of CRM tool, webinars etc.) targeted at healthcare professionals in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Set and achieve digital KPIs, share campaign status in cross-functional team meetings, and provide insights for campaign evaluation.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in digital transformation within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize brand communication in digital channels.

You should apply if you have:

Education and experience:

  • University degree (bachelors a minimum) from an accredited university (marketing, communications or related field is an advantage)
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

Digital Marketing expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO and display advertising, etc.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and software such as marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms is a huge advantage.

Campaign Management:

  • Ability to develop and execute outcome-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, optimization and evaluation of campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically about digital campaigns, identifying opportunities and providing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
