- PE in Nevada - Experience with design software such as GIS (ArcMap), AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, HECHMS, HEC-RAS, HY-8, FHWA Hydraulic Toolbox
- Ability to learn Civil3D, OpenRoads Designer/SUD
