Summary:

  • Performs support function in relation to supplier performance monitoring evaluation, compliance and overall non-associate workday & AllAccess management.

General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with monitored suppliers and various LOBs in the onboarding process for non-associates.
  • Reviews and monitors non-associate access certifications.
  • Facilitates business review meetings between suppliers and LOBs.
  • Partners with internal risk groups to ensure third party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provides support to Principal Specialist, Third Party Manager for the new and/or ongoing projects that will be implemented to key third parties
  • Partners, coordinates & liaises between LOB POCs and assigned third parties
  • All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications:

  • College graduate or with equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Process Management, or a combination
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Organized & able to perform job responsibilities efficiently
  • Risk minded
  • Amenable to work in a mid shift schedule
  • Amenable to work in Alab
  • Predominantly WFH set up

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business course is a plus
