Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with program or project management.
Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing programs from conception to closure, including leading releases and launches, aligning with organizational goals, and addressing cross-functional dependencies.
Experience designing and implementing process improvements in legal and regulatory environments.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as navigate their needs and drive alignment.
Ability to collaborate with technical leadership to align priorities and schedules.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly with engineers, product managers, executives and other stakeholders.
