As an Automation Engineering Supervisor for Final Assembly, you will be responsible for leading teams in identifying applications where automation tooling solutions are feasible within final assembly. You will be responsible for assessing business cases, obtaining funding approvals, and working with engineers to integrate tooling into cycle line layouts. You will work with a diverse and highly capable team that engages with multiple key organizations at Ford to deliver new automation enablers.
