Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience shipping AI / ML models and solutions
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing and leading AI / ML & engineering teams
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and achieve business goals
- Experience with AI product integration and deployment in real-world scenarios
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and platforms like Azure AI Studio, Copilot Studio etc.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI / ML technologies.
- Works with business leaders, engineering leaders, researchers and other data scientists to formulate data-driven answers to hard business and decision-making problems, applying a wide variety of data and techniques to help drive the engineering investments at a strategic and tactical level.
- Implement architectural changes and influence the roadmap of relevant software and platform components to enable AI solutions and product integration for MCAPS businesses.
- Identifies data sources, integrates multiple sources or types of data, and develops expertise with multiple data sources to tell a story and to compensate for missing data, identify new patterns and business opportunities, and communicate visually and verbally with clear and compelling data-driven stories.
- Interprets results and develops insights into formulated problems within the business/customer context and provides guidance on risks and limitations.
- Validates, monitors, and drives continuous improvement to methods, and proposes enhancements to data sources that improve usability and results.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
