You will ensure operational efficiency with robust controls and oversight of the IBOR processes
Identify (or assist in identifying) control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures to mitigate any risk and control issue/losses
You will provide the required technical guidance to the IBOR Oversight Team to fulfil its obligations
Co-ordinate staff activities to achieve optimal operational effectiveness by utilizing your expertise and understanding of the overall team skills for daily IBOR delivery
Assist Senior Manager in improving the Voice Of Employee department score, by conducting training sessions, identifying team development opportunities, coordinating lunch and learn sessions etc.
Provide coaching and feedback throughout the formalized review process to the Senior Manager of IBOR Oversight of IBOR Oversight Team Members.
Identify from the above activity if any development gaps exist for individuals/self
You are expected to face off the business and clients for the IBOR oversight team for all project related activities
Assist in the response to request for Operational Readiness approval/review, and where applicable communicate outcomes to the Oversight Team
Initial face off into the IBOR oversight team for all project related activities maintaining the status quo as the technical expert in the team.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience (ex. Asset Servicing/Middle Office/ Accounting/Reconciliation)
Understanding of financial markets and asset types
Knowledge of funds services and its process
Understanding of relevant technical systems
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
