Will be majorly working and responsible for Documentum/Veeva systems which is an ECM solution for Teva in-house as part of Teva Global IT as part of L3 team.
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures under a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Interfacing regularly with stakeholders in Teva related to application as in business users, power users, vendor representatives, escalation point of contacts.
Monitor, identify impact, prioritize and troubleshoot technical issues/defects.
Improve application support processes, services, standards, based on best practices and industry standards.
Solves moderate to complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Can create SOPs and procedures for L2 team being part of L3 team and ensure repeated tasks are systematically tackled and handed over to L2.
Good knowledge of documentum architecture and minor enhancements in documentum systems.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in ECM domain preferably documentum working for a product development/support company, preferably in Software support environment.
Prior hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues for multi-tenant, highly scalable polyglot persistent web based applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage and articulate technical issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
Technical background from ECM (Enterprise Content Management) background preferably Documentum or FirstDoc is a major plus.
Change control knowledge, software release cycle and IT Pharma background is a plus.
